KACE Product Support

I am trying to install a Microsoft Patch using a Kace script but if fails because of a Status Code of 1641 (It needs rebooted).  If I put a reboot job right after the update I don't get the Status code error and it says the job runs fine but I have another task that I want to run after the Patch, the second task will work but the Job fails because of the status code from the Patch.  Can you some how tell Kace not to Fail the Job because of the Status Code?
