How do I get a scrip to launch on a computer only at boot up or login.
I don't want it to run if the user is logged in

Set it as an Offline KScript with a schedule of "Don't Run on a Schedule", and then choose:
- Allow Run While Logged Off
- Also Run at User Login
- Also Run at Machine Boot Up
- Allow Run While Logged Off
- Also Run at User Login
- Also Run at Machine Boot Up
