Networking

Hi everybody !

I' have to make for my company a network scan, witch give for each Switch, all the IP linked to.

I can make it manually, by checking in each Switch the ARP table, and make a report of that !

But i'm a lazy network tech, so i want to know if it's possible to make it via Kace, my goal is to run script/rules twice a month to see what changed in my network..

- Is the best way making an inventory rules, who return the ARP scan (for one switch) ? Then cut it in one row for each interface (one row created in the asset), and make report about it ?

- Is there a Script doing this ? I'm not good at scripting at all !
