save files in current profile

Does anyone know how to capture cache files so they are saved to the current users profile? As in the files are already loaded for each user that logs into the machine.

Thanks

I would deploy the cache folder to a convenient location in the applications own directory, and then use Active Setup to copy the files to the current user's profile each time a new user logs on. Ed Tippelt has a blindingly clear explanation on his site at http://www.etlengineering.com/installer/activesetup.txt, and I hope he won't mind me posting a link directly to it.

For more info, Google "Active Setup" - works every time for me where user profile files are concerned, and has been particularly useful for adding customised property files for Java runtimes like J2RE and jInitiator.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
