sap business objects xi 3.1
has anyone got a good recipe as to how this app was sequenced
I have sequenced the app .
I have oracle client (msi) installed on the XP workstation as a pre requisite
I have business objects sequenced and streamed to the PC
I have logged inas an admin and when I launch the Universal Builder shortcut I get error "xxxxxx-xxxxxx04-00000428"
I have read the doc on this error used regmon and filemon but can't seem to find out anything

Hello,
I suggest reading this entire article and verify all of the suggested steps - not just the filemon / regmon part

the app-v package was missing a pre requisite package
