What's the best way (if any) to run a report that pulls the "time worked" in minutes, fo r a report to give to my supervisor. He wants to know how much time is being spent doing work at the helpdesk for a month's time. For example - even if the person doesn't own the ticket, but has "added work" to the ticket, what's the best way we can total all the time? Is there a way? Please, any help is appreciated, thanks.
