I need to run a vbs asynchronously. I'm going to have to call cscript to do this.

I'm using the syntax:

"[SystemFolder]cscript.exe test.vbs //B //NoLogo"

and I'm running it deferred in the system context.

See any issues with this?

It's poor practise to use the //B switch (supress errors and prompts): you should be handling errors not pretending they're not there. Also, whatever it's doing, make sure you have a companion which will undo TEST.VBS's action(s) for uninstallation. Other than that, I can't see any problem.
