Run a batch file using smspush.exe on windows 10 machine.

I have a question regards executing an application using smspush.exe on windows 10 machine.
Please see below the way i execute the application on windows 7 which doesn't seems to be working on windows 10.
On Windows 7 Machine: To ensure functionality of an application, I use to perform UAT testing via SMSpush.exe followed by the executable and run the batch file.
For example - rootdomain\sccmpush.exe domain\setup.exe. (the command prompt throws error code '0' and exists).
But If I execute same command line on a windows 10 machine, the application sits for long time and never exits. Ran the above command using psexec. After running the command, the SSCM client downloads the software to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\CCM\Cache without any issue , the software neither installs nor quits from command prompt.
Please help!
