Roxio DigitalMedia Plus 7.2 - Splash Screen
Hi All,
I'm almost done packaging Roxio DigitalMedia Plus 7.2 but there is a splash screen (register, upgrade, etc) on the "home" module that I can't get rid of. It opens IE within the app and points to sonic.com. If you delete a dll and a skn file it goes away but then other things don't appear. I can't find any registry settings or install properties that would turn this off within Installshield AdminStudio.
Anybody had an experience like this? I don't know why they put this in the app.

I haven't actually packaged this app, but does it give you the option to turn off the splash screen when you first run it? If it does, you can use Wise to capture first-run settings and keep it turned off.

Talked to the vendor and the only way around it is to purchase a volume license which turn it off. The splash screen / content is embedded in the dlls /exe. Thanks.
