Role creation for Service Desk
I want to create role for servie Desk team to install the available S/w on a signle machine OR couple of machines, There are two options to push the S/w
1. Go to Distribution -> Managed Install
2. Scripting -> Run Now
In both options, some critical options are also available under this Distribution and Scripting tab i.e. Deploy to All Machines, and Limit Deployment To Selected Labels. These both options are very risky option for Service Desk team members, if we give access to them on these options then that can cause a big issue for whole environment.
Is there any possiblity in KACE to hide these both sub options in Role for Service Desk Team, OR is there any other alternate way to create Role for Service Desk team (OR Group of users) to Push the the available Software on a single workstations or couple of workstations.
