Revoking Special Permission from Registry

Hi,

I have a package for which I need to give FullControl Permission to the HKLM\Software\Classes\CLSID\{-----} hive. I am using SetACL.exe to grant permission to the respective registy keys. But the problem is, as soon am giving permission to the related hives, a DENY permission is getting set in those registries. Even if Fullcontrol is given, some checkboxes in the DENY column are still remaining checked which is halting the installation stating Access Denied.
Manually I can go and revoking the keys permission and then making it work, but i need a command line switch to revoke the Deny checkboxes alongside assigning permissions to the keys.

Can anyone help since its a bit priority work.

Have you tried using Group Policy to set the required permission?

A command line is needed to revoke this registry special permission.
So can anyone help in this?
