Restoring backed-up K-images

We currently are using the Package management Export and offboard package transfer tools to backup our Kimages, KBEs, and scripts. They are zipped up and sent via FTP to a Windows server nearby. I've been trying to import those backups with no luck. In fact, I just read through the K2000 admin guide and discovered there is a 2GB limit on the web import feature.

I currently have a 4GB kimage I need to recover from our back up. How in the world do I import it? From the "Import List" screen I can see a whole bunch of stuff listed that is available for import so I know there is a folder somewhere with all of these files in it. Can someone point out the share/folder where these files live that can be imported on the fly?

Also, can all of those files listed in the "Import List" be cleared/deleted? Thank you!

Move the pkg to the \\k2000\restore share. Then you'll see it listed in the Import Packages section and you can select the check box and click Choose Action > Import selected. As you noted, you'll have to do this for all packages larger than 2GB due to a PHP buffer limitation.

Wiping the restore share will clear the "Import List". The check box for "Clean-up restore share" in the Offboard Package Management settings will also auto-wipe the share after the offboard process completes.
