Which tables are mandatory/required for a MSI to be valid.

It's posible an MSI with 3 tables (Error, Property and _Validation) that has no ICE errors or warnings. It also installs with no errors. ...or dialogs, or files, or registry keys, or shortcuts, or anything else.

The real test is a clean ICE validation and installing everything appropriately. It isn't a matter of what tables you or do not have.
