Report on Battery Health
We have quite a few Dell laptops, 2120 5410 and 5420's.
I need a way to have a report of their battery health.

What systems management solution is it that you are attempting to generate such a report, the K1000? Please specify or tag appropriately so you can get a helpful answer. - bkelly 10 years ago

Sorry for the delayed response. I'm attempting to use the K1000. I'm hoping the K1000 can read the battery health menu in the dell machine bios. - acaylor 10 years ago

Do you have a systems management service like SCCM, KACE, etc? What operating systems do you need to report on?
