Report a problem & Package KB entry

I just tried to submit this through the "Report a problem" link below the Package KB entry I was looking at, but that forms seems to be broken. I'm getting the message: No route to host.
Anyways, the reason I tried to report a problem:

Anyways, the reason I tried to report a problem:
I made a mistake naming the package entry for AutoCAD 2011. It is called AutoCAD 11x now:

Seems like I can't change it myself... Maybe this can be corrected by an administrator?
