I solved my issue by using this: http://www.kace.com/support/kb/index.php?action=artikel&cat=54&id=763&artlang=en

KCleanUp not running is because any reboots during a System Image deployment cleared the RunOnceEx part of the registry that KACE uses for the Post Installation Tasks.

This doesn't happen with Scripted Installations.
