While building our knowledge base i noticed some of our techs added documents to the articles.  At the moment we are going through and pasting the article's into the body instead of attaching these files.  


Is there an easy way to remove these documents other then deleting the article and re-creating the knowledge base item?

Which version of the K1000 are you using?  I know that in 5.3 and below, there is no way to delete attachments in the KB. I believe this is fixed in 5.4.
