Remove Yahoobutton in Acrobat Reader 7.0.5

Hi all

I have tried it with this key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\7.0\AVGeneral\cToolbars\cWebSearchView\cPositions\cInternal]
"bHidden"=dword:0000001

It works well, but only on this User. When another User logged in, the Button is still there.

Which entry does i need to use?

Thanks for your Help.

Daniel

You just need to make sure that the newly logged in user gets this registry key as well.
There are several ways to achieve this: Use Active Setup to repair Adobe Reader everytime a new user logs in or repair the msi manually...

Hope that helps

All u've got to do is to rename the HKCU in which u've the yahoo keys to HKLM.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\7.0\AVGeneral\cToolbars\cWebSearchView\cPositions\cInternal]
"bHidden"=dword:0000001

TO

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\7.0\AVGeneral\cToolbars\cWebSearchView\cPositions\cInternal]
"bHidden"=dword:0000001
