Often times when a user emails our support desk and a ticket is auto generated off that email the ticket includes the following throughout the text of the ticket. 

& n-b-s-p 

(Spaces and dashes added to prevent markup) 

Anyone know what we can do to change this behavior short of changing the email system to plain text?

  • You could do this with a ticket rule. You would need to search for comments containing that string and then run an update query that removes it from the comment.
  • I was thinking that might be possible, but ultimately this happens so frequently I was sure there would be a system wide setting or other solution. This string only appears in Kbox and subsequent emails sent from the KBox, I'm thinking it has to do with rich text vs plain text.
