Remote Scan Option won't show in remote environment
Our uses access our Nextgen EHR system through windows 2008 terminal servers. We are currently experiencing problems with our users using the remote scan functionality through EHR. The users use the following devices in the remote environment.
1. Fujitsu Scanner
2. Card Reader (insurance cards)
3. Web Cam
The other two device work in the remote environement. The only device that doesn't work is the Fujitsu scanner. But, if a user logs into windows then logs into EHR(Nextgen), it won't work. But, if I have the user log into windows and I or someone else logs into EHR then the fujitsu scanner shows up. This issue is happening sporadically. Anyone have any insight to NextGen application?
