Remote-Compile in Wise won't start

Hi,

I had no idea where to post this so I'm trying it in here...
For some stupid reason I cannot remote-compile an msi in Wise.

If I click the option to do this everything seems to go fine.
The wsi is saved, and the editor is closed. The task then shows up in the wise task manager.

And that's where it stays.
Status: Waiting.

And that's it, nothing else happens..

Does anyone have an idea about this?

Possible causes:
1. The “WiseSvc” Windows Service isn’t running.
2. The Wise Repository Manager (on the Wise Packaging Sever) has an incorrect password cached for the local Administrator account, or that password has recently been changed.

Remote into the Wise packaging server, verify the WiseSvc is running. If it is, stop it and carefully re-enter the local Administrator password. Restart WiseSvc service.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
