Relius 5500 Software hot to add a drive

Operating system XP-SP3 - Software Relius Government Forms 5500 - The software gives you a drop-down box with a list of drives to Open a file from, i.e. A:, C:, H:[\\xyz]
.
On of my drives on "My Computer" does not display. How do I add the drive?
Thx for any and all Help.

Russ

Russ,

You might be better asking the vendor on this one....

But out of interest, is there anything special about this drive you can't see?

Removalable?
Network?
Funny file system?
CD Rom - i.e. readonly?

Thanks,

Dunnpy

Network drive - the forum does not allow me to attach files or i would attach screen images of My Computer and the software application screen not showing all the drives.

Thx

Russ,

Are you able to use other network drives?

Are the permissions on the 'invisible' drive different to any other network drive?

Is there a limit on drives within the application? Try disconnecting your other drives and relaunch the app.

Failing that....you're going to have to seek support from the vendor.

Thanks,

Dunnpy

Dunnpy - I do not see any disconnect re-connect process within the software. I need to go through upper mngmnt to contact the vendor.

Thanks for your ideas.

Russ
