Registry keys in HKLM for active setup are not being installed during setup
Created an MST for quicktime and (among other things) added a registry key under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{GUID}. Problem is setup seems to just be skipping this. All the other changes I have made in my MST are working except for this. Log file reports no problems. Why is this registry key not being added during the install?

Seeing as this is still not showing to the public I'll go ahead and provide my own solution:
It is adding the keys. Just under HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{GUID}
