Registry hive not getting Deleted when During the uninstall.
I had used the msts (1ConfigGWM.mst,BaseGWM.mst) and tried installing the product with the DataVisualization_SetupCore.msi.
When installed , everything looks good. But only when I uninstalled the application, registry entry does not get deleted in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
[{41785C66-90F2-40CE-8CB5-1C94BFC97280}.]
I noticed that only the registry entries which come's when we install with the vendor install are remaining , and the registry entries like infrastructrure contact, SCM Name, SCM version etc will get deleted.
Even I used CA but no use.
Can any body suggest me!

Can you look into the vendor MSI to check the components for those specific registry entries, and see if it's marked for 'Leave installed on uninstall'?

The MSI doesn't write these values via component(s) but via the RegisterProduct CA.
@OP, have you looked at the permissions for the key? Maybe the MSI permissioned them such that they can't be removed by the account you're using?
