Software Deployment

I tried package the exe's through file package in Marimba. The file package first install the files and then it will install the exe ( for installation I have written batch script).It is installing properly in admin mode, But while deploying the package to the end points through common management console(CMS), it's showing that user not having admin rights to install the application,even though the policies are assigned to that package. It's not in the case for Marimba shrinkwrap packaging, because it captures each and everything in the installation.let me know the solution for this.
