Since upgrading to version 5.5 and applying all the patches provided by Dell Kace when the Help Desk puts TICK: in a ticket it no longer shows as a link it puts in the string of code: <a href="ticket.php?ID=56116">TICK:56116</a>

Anyone else having this problem or know of a fix?

Noticed the same thing after a recent upgrade.  The only thing I could find online was at this link: http://kacenetworks.com/support/resources/kb/solutiondetail?sol=SOL115197

It states: "This is a known bug and is scheduled to be resolved in version 6.0.  No workaround is available at this time."
