recommend a simple to use MSI packaging tool

Can anyone recommend a simple to use MSI packaging tool. I'm not a programer. I just want to deploy some zipped up EXE. files via AD. Removing older versions and shortcuts. So easy editing tools would be needed. Any help would be appreciated[8|].
