Receive k1000 report schedule as an empty .zip in my email
we upgraded our kbox1100 to version 5.4 and no I receive my email reports as an empy zip file. I used to receive the report in html format. But since the update this changed. hope someone can help. thanks

Contact support for a patch, or wait for SP1.

Check the report name and/or notes for any special characters. For instance any of the following.
!@#$%^&*(*()+'"~`
This will break the report mailing function though it will still run manually
