We have a few hundred Windows 7 Enterprise machines that are being patched by the K1000. We have the 5.3.53053 version of the K1000 and the 5.3.53177 version of the AMP Agent.

All the machines in the labs are set to Force Reboot after the patching is done. We find that most of the machines sit at the Pending Reboot state after the patching. So, the patching does not continue. If I run a script to force a reboot, the machines do reboot fine. I have hundreds of machines in this state. Tech Support is working on trying to find out what is going on, but I was wondering if anyone has seen this issue, and if there might be a solution.

I think that problem has been resolved. After about 6 months of dealing with it, we think that the issue was the Patch Schedules that have been around for a while, and has been through a couple of upgrades as well. Deleting them, and recreating seems to have fixed the problem.
