Hi,

I'm trying trial version of k1000 and k2000 but I can't anything on k1000 except create a new ticket in Service Desk tab... That's normal ? I have viewed some screenshot where they have some icons between tabs an Kace logo but not me.

I haven't any problem with k2000

Any idea ?

You are in the user portal side (Customer portal) of the kace kbox 1000. You want the administrative console which is at http://sandbox.kace.com/adminui/.
