Pushing Reg Entries

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone knew a better way of pushing registry entries. Right now I'm trying to push some reg modifications to the machines for Adobe Reader 7.0.3 but the modifications are to HKey Current User. If I try to push them there the user doesn't seem to see them because it is for the current user. I also tried pushing the same thing to HKEY Local Machine but it only works sometimes. The keys are to get rid of the initial agreement screen, the yahoo toolbar and the Check updates option. Is there a better way for me to get this to work? Thanks!

I do this through custom adm template (Group Policies).
You can also use Active Setup (RunOnce) to set registry values through a script...

Adobe makes an installShield Tuner for Acrobat Reader that will disable the initial agreement screen and check updates option (not sure about yahoo toolbar). If you're looking at sending out a consistent deployment of Reader, that's how I would go about doing it.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
