Project\Visio 2010 AppV

Guys

Ive sequenced Project & Visio 2010 and all has been working fine. But I have 2 issues.

1. In Project when a user goes to use visual reports , I get the message saying that "Excel 2003 or later" needs to be installed. The pc's have Office 2010 thick installed

2. In both Visio & Project , if you go to Save/Send and click on email the message appears "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cnanot fulfill the messaging request". Please Run Microsoft Office and set it as the default mail client"

I've applied SP1 of both virtual apps but it didnt resolve either issue. Any one seen this before ?

Try this... change the IE setting.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/834008

If that fails: My guess would be to resequence one and try the save/send feature during the capture so that it sets the mail client.

I have resolved this.

1. I didnt have office 2010 installed when I first sequenced Project and Visio last year (not sure how I missed that)

2. I also got this error in Project with the visual reports.

Remember to delete the templates folder in the VDS before saving your package
