We are updating our hardware and are deplying Dell XPS 13 9343 with Windows 8.1 to Our users. On this computer there is an Intel Dual band Wireless AC 7265 network card. The users dont have administrative rights on their Laptops.

The problem is that some users erince that their Wireless network card is disabled for no reason and they have to come to the IT Department since they dont have administrative rights on their computers. we have installed the latest drivers that are from April 2015. Does anyone know why this happenes or have simular experiences?
