Problems to Silent-Uninstall "ULTRAEDIT"
Hello,
I try to uninstall ULTRAEDIT32 V9 in silent mode.
I find the command line here : http://itninja.com/link/ultraedit-text-editor-|-ultracompare-file-compare-|-uestudio-|-ultrasentry
Command line : "C:\Program Files\UltraEdit\UNINSTAL.EXE" start \wait "C:\Program Files\UltraEdit\Uninstall.exe" "C:\Program Files\UltraEdit\install.log" -s
But, when i run it, i have a error : msg3=Le fichier INSTALL.LOG n'a pas pu être ouvert. (Traduct : The INSTALL.LOG file cannot be open)
This file existe and i have all permission on it.
Can you help me ?

Thanks for your message. I'm sorry for the trouble you are having.
We have never specifically supported a silent uninstall, so I'm not sure why it is listed on APPDEPLOY.COM. If you want to perform a silent uninstall, all I can tell you is to write a batch file (or some other method) which will delete the directory UltraEdit is installed in and the following configuration files:
uedit32.ini - usually in the Windows\Winnt directory uedit32.kbd - in the same directory as the ini file
and the following registry entry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IDM Computer Solutions\
So, i work on this BATCH ;o)
