Hello, I have had my developer group tell me that when they attempt to instal the Dot net framework tools that the KACE service is causing the installation to fail. Has anyone else had anything like this were stopping the service will resolve the issue.

Any know fixes?

I don't remember seeing any problems like that. 

What error message do you see if you try to install the tools? What operating system are you trying to install them on?

What version of the agent do you have installed?  5.1 and below needed .Net, so that could be a problem if you are running one of those versions.

Also, try uninstalling the agent, installing the .Net tools, then reinstalling the agent.
