Problem with ODBCAD32.exe

How do i prevent this file from updating system32. I've tried aaplication isolation but it still updates the system32 which comes out as an ERROR. ANY SUGGESTION.

Verify the component directory path, which in your case shouldn't be set to sys32

which directory path wld i have to use apart from system32.
