Problem In Installation
My application name is EXFO OTDR FTB-7000. It is a vendor MSI. I have created MST for this.I have installed the application in user interface mode then it is installing the application fine. All the files and folders related to the applicaton are coming. But if I install the same application in /qb mode then it is not giving alll the files and folders.

You MSI should have some customized actions(Custom Action) based on user interface that's why it worked with user interface installation mode which won't get executed at "/qb" switch.
Verify your custom actions and move it to Execute Immediate or Deffered with proper justification.

or to clarify move CA's from InstallUISequence to InstallExecuteSequence
