printer not showing in control panel,printers

Hi guyz
i'm working on printer application, its a vendor application, i created a mst, and when installed it , it not showing in control panel ,printers and faxes, any suggestion is appreciated

Did it work before you used the mst?
Have you restarted the spooler service which is a requirement for the printer to be displayed after the installation? Have a look at the ServiceControl table in Msi.chm.

yes i restarted the printspooler, and reboot the machine,still its not showing,

Well, in that case you will have to go through your package as it's not adding the required printer related entries.
What packaging tool are you using?

You didn't answer my question: Did it work before you used the mst?

its vendor MSI, it works fine woth out MST, and we are using wise 4x,

What kind of changes did add to the mst?
Was the msi created with wise or installshield by the vendor?

I added a property in the MST, and i made changes to admin options
