Not sure what you're asking here - are you asking if there is a portable app version of ASE?
I don't believe there is, or will be - It isn't being developed futher, and ITNinja is just a home for the download.
ITNinja is pleased to offer this free tool to its members. Note however that the company that produced this product is no longer in business. As such there will be no further development or support of the product. However, you may leverage ITNinja to ask questions and share workarounds to any issues that may be encountered. This software is provided as is with no guarantees.
