We are attempting to provision our first client, but are running into an error on Port 445 not open.
Netstat shows the port in listening mode, and no firewall is in place on the client.
Thoughts on where to look next?

Try selecting the checkbox 'Bypass Port Checks'. Do you have any AV in place that may be blocking the port?
