Popups or messages from SMS 2003..

Hi.. I was wondering, is there any way to get SMS2003 to send a message, before actually installing software on an client? For example, before the setup of a package runs: "The ICT department has issued an update for the package <packagename> and this will be installed when you click "I Agree". Could be usefull when deploying packages who would have certain software dependancies with other packages (IE: integration with; for example Outlook, you would get a message "An update has been issued, please close Outlook before clicking OK to install the update")

I know of a way to get an install wizard from within the package itself, but since we don't repackage packages anymore (that part has been outsourced) so using the wiz from within the package isn't an option..

Nobody know of a tool/plugin for SMS2003 which allows you to get a notice or maybe a balloon tip before starting the actual installation of a software? I know there is a tool for SMS2003 which allows you to issues MSKB updates and hotfixes, showing a text balloon on the taskbar of the issued clients, telling the employee there is a new update availabe, and it will be installed at next logon. Unfortunately, this tool doesn't work with regular MSI's, only with MSKB executable files.. Nobody?
