!!PLEASE HELP!! EnFocus PitStop Pro 7.5.1 - Acrobat Plug-in

Has anybody successfully packaged EnFocus PitStop Pro 7.5.1 an Acrobat Plug-in?
I used WISE to SetupCapture to capture all steps including the licensing. The program will not register the license at all from the MSI. I even used Install Watch to figure out the process that is happening and that didn't work either. Help Please......

Hi, you may have to get vendor support - HOW do they record licensing?
Also, make sure you're using the appropriate multi-user version if you're going to roll it out to more than one machine. I've seen many problems trying to setup capture a single user version and rolling it to more than one machine.

Other 'gotchas' are the hashing of the computer's computername or processor serial number (or other machine/user-specific detail) into the license key meaning that, if you try and use that license on another machine/for another user, it fails.

You need to ask your vendor how it's done.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
