Microsoft has a free app called Rights Management Server and I don't see any x64 versions of this software. Are there any? I've done a lot of searches and the versions I find wont' install on Windows 7 x64

when I run any of those they don't install or tell me this "does not support your current operating system" and I am running Windows 7 x64. I've tried on two different machines too and I get the same result.
