Isn't that already in a msi form? 

msiexec /i C:\path\to\file\pstory.msi /qn

As per below link, it is a msi

So, you can install it silently by using msiexec /i "PathToMSIFile\PStory.msi" /qn command

as already mentioned by dugullett
