Search the package knowledgebase section for some Acrobat apps - I am sure they will be in there.

you need to add a custom action to your package to stop and restart the service called spooler.exe. your printer will then appear.

can any one explain in detail how to add that custom action to stop and start service....
and also if any vb script is needed???
