PDF Writer Problems

I am trying to package a PDF Writer called PrimoPDF. I found very useful notes on the site indicating that the spooler service should be stopped. My package installs correctly when run manually but the printer fails to appear when deployed by group policy. If I go to Add & Remove programs and choose repair the package reinstalls and works fine. Any ideas on how to get it to deploy correctly by Group Policy?

Installing a printer will take one stopping and starting of the spool that you have got right.

You could allso do it by putting a reboot in the package.

You don't tell much about what you are doing, makes it more difficult to help

What have you got in the MSI ?? Custom actions or just snapshot, how are you applying in GPO Machine package or User ??
