Hi ALL

Well, i have a little problem with the printer PDF.

I repackage the application, my MSI works only i have a problem when i want create for the first time a PDF document from a txt file.

In the first time, when i print my document txt in PDF, nothing.
In the task list of printer manager, i see nothing [&:]. The *.tmp document is well generated in the forlder Local Setting\Application Date\PDFCreator.

So, i recreate a document PDF, at this moment my application works and i can create a PDF file same with the first document.

I don't see why i cannot make a PDF document in the first time.

I tried compare the configuration file (raw data with Rundll32 printui.dll) between the two cases, i have only a different size between the two files. But, with WinDiff i don't see nothing. The two files are identicals.

I m crazy

Thanks for your help Please

Eric

Hi ILikeBananas

Hi , i just found :)

I must to keep in my package the INI file in the user profile (AppDataFolder\PDFCreator\PDFCreator.ini) an too put a CreateFolder for the directory (TempFolder\PDFCreator\[LogonUser] -> In this directory you can find the temp files in waiting)

And too, i use Wise and Wise don't like the keys in REG_MULTI_SZ, i must to place this keys in file REG and after by a Custom Action i put this keys via regedit32 /s "File.REG" before the action : InstallService (-> My Spooler)

I had used Regmon, because PDFCreator needs of this uninstall keys
[8|] (Inno Setup)

THANKS very much
