Parent/Child Workflow Process - Since upgrade to 5.4 child ticket closing parent ticket
I have noticed since going to 5.4 that if I am the owner of a parent ticket that is tied to child tickets in a workflow process we created. When I close the child ticket of that process that I am the owner of it also closes the parent ticket.
Example: Hardware Request The parent ticket is assigned to me as the owner so that I can keep track of these in my queue. The other techs close their child ticket, I close my child ticket but then another child ticket opens and goes to Client Support for them to do the installation. When I close my child ticket it also closes the parent ticket.
Is this the way it's suppose to work now or is this a bug?
