Does any one have any info in creating a MSI or a silent inastallation for "PANAGON CAPTURE 4.0". Any info will be helpful. One of the questions is to know whether this is a hard ware related app and does it need a hardware attatched to the system while taking the capture?

YMMV, but at a previous client this was one app that couldn't be captured, couldn't be run silently, and went on our very short list of "apps to install manually." If you have any breakthroughs let us know.
