Software Deployment

I'm a complete noob to packaging and msi editing, so please take it easy on me.

I know there is a section here on comments about Palm Desktop 4.x but nothing step-by-step and considering i'm a noob, it's little beyond what i can comprehend and mimic.

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide on how to deploy this God forsaken app on windows xp so that ALL users who log into the machine and use it individually.

I've tried installing it as admin; logging in with a limited user and upgrading his rights to admin ; reinstall ; drop the limited user back down to limited user ; copy his profile to the default user profile ; created new user and logged in ; but that didn't work.

Please Help.
